My first two weeks at college

My first 2 weeks at college have been quite fun. At first I was quite nervous about meeting new people but after I realised that some people I knew were on the course I calmed down and became more confident.

Throughout the induction week the class was split into smaller groups to make it easier to meet the other members in the class. Whilst in the smaller groups we had to talk and work together to answer Questions with as many answers as we could find. These group tasks helped the students in the class get to know each other better.

After the induction week had finished we had to kick straight into the first assignment. I was quite glad actually as we now have the chance to show off our talent. I am a little bit scared as my work may not be as good as the other students work, but I will try my hardest anyway. The first assignment is on planning websites and everything learned in this assignment will greatly benefit me in my other assignments and the work after.

I was a little disappointed to find that the "flash" part of the course would not start until the back end of my first year. I think it is a good thing really as I will be looking forward to completing the first year just to take part in the flash area of the course.

Overall I think its been a fun two weeks and I am hoping that the rest of the course goes as smoothly and as fun as these.
